Not gonna lie, I'm a bit concerned about the 6 guaranteed games Boise State gets. Will that effect our payout?

It might, but that's business.

Boise, like it or not, draws fans to the stadium and win games A LOT.  That makes their team valuable to ESPN, since even casual fans will go out of their way to watch them.  SJSU saw a little of that last year when they picked up ESPN telecasts at the end of the season because of their winning ways.

Our best argument to combat Boise's guarantee is to do the same thing they are doing.  Win and get butts in seats.....

Well put weapon. To add to your comments any pay out we get from the deal is good since we would probably be getting nothing from ESPN if we were still in the Wac or Indy. So if Boise gets more of the bucks then so be it, I will take some cash over no cash.

This deal will also be nice because we will be able to watch SJSU beat boise on ESPN.

You are incorrect sir, we will be at the game vs Boise St because it will be the MWC Championship game at Spartan Stadium!

From your keyboard to God's ears. IMHO, that would be more exciting than any game since I've been a fan (1982). :)

04, sfspartan07 and I were there for the 2006 Boise St game at Spartan Stadium, where we lost on a last second FG.  Even though we lost, it was probably the best and most exciting game we had been to prior to this past season.

I have no doubt that a BSU/SJSU championship game with Fales under center would be a fantastic game to attend.

It would be a fantastic game for sure. However any championship game with SJSU in it would be fantastic!!!
